Care Support Network, now in its third year of providing services to people with disability, was established to strive for a noble Vision:
‘Older Australians and people with disability are enabled to lead better lives’.
In working towards this vision, we defined more clearly our purpose as providing support to our clients within a trusted relationship so that they can achieve their life goals and be enabled to lead better lives.
After several years of walking alongside a growing client base of people with disability, we are now taking the next step in fulfilling our vision of also supporting older Australians to live better lives, through the provision of at-home aged care services.
To better define our expanded service offering, we have renamed and rebranded Care Support Network to reflect more accurately what we do. Our new name is myCSN Network Pty Ltd, reflected in our new logo:
It’s client centric and focused on capacity building while surrounding people with a network that supports and lifts them to reach their life goals.
Our disability support clients will continue to receive the same excellent service under the new name of myCSN Disability. This service will be provided under a fresh new brand…
We are very excited to also announce the introduction of our new service for older Australians. Very shortly we will provide aged care at home support to both recipients of Government-funded Home Care Packages as well as a concierge service to independent (non-funded) clients. This service will be provided under the new brand myCSN Aged Care .
Our name reflects clearly what we do. We help clients – people with disability and now older Australians as well – by assisting them in building a network of supports to maximise their independence and participation in their community.
So while we have a new name, at myCSN, we continue to hold strongly to our values and live them out daily, that is; creating an environment in which our staff are empowered to be the best they can be to serve our clients through Positivity; continually striving to get feedback and improve through Becoming Better; doing what we say we will do by being Dependable; and being Personable by being respectful, friendly, and courteous, so people enjoy dealing with us.
Our team is driven by the common goal of helping people and we are looking forward to extending that to the new clients we will be welcoming to the myCSN Network.
